Worst customer service experience from a store that prides itself on not being a big box retailer. A few weeks ago, I stopped by to get a quote for plants for a neighborhood sign project I had designed (with a little help from AI). I met with Hart, who was extremely helpful. She quickly realized I didn't know the names of the plants I wanted, so I described what I was looking for: two tall ornamental grasses for the ends, a few smaller grasses, and a mix of purple and yellow flowers—about 10 to 20 plants total. She recommended several plants, explained each one, prepared a quote, and I left to get final approval. Fast forward to today. I called the greenhouse and asked if they could have my order ready. I also needed to double the quantity from the original quote. They politely explained that they don't process sales over the phone, which I completely understood. I simply asked if they could gather the plants so I could pick them up before the end of the day. When I arrived, I handed them my quote and was told, "The flowers are over there, and the grasses are over that way on the road." Absolutely the BEST garden center in Northwest Arkansas! Sooo much variety and inventory...like, unreal quantities, and their prices beat every other nursery around...been this way for many years. The pics I'm posting don't do it justice...it's much much larger. Just south of 412 on 112.

Terrible customer service!! I showed up early morning to look at trees for one of my customers as I own a company. Talked with a girl who was nice and helpful showed me a few trees and was giving me quotes. Called back later as she told me to just ask for her to get a quote for my customer if they wanted something else that we didn’t look at for them to approve and a guy answered (super rude) and said it’s their Super Bowl weekend which this was a (Friday around 1)so not the weekend and they have lots to look through and to just come up there they are to busy. 30 customers at the counter. Well why answer the phone instead of helping out the crowded room. Why have a phone number if you can’t help or answer questions? Pretty sure he was the owner. They have the highest prices around the area. Go somewhere else. Respect is a big thing for me. Good selection to look through tho.

I met a guy at the home show and it was a pleasant experience. I typically buy everything for all of our homes at Duncan Nursery but I decided to stop to look for a tree that we are trying to replace after the tornado took out the original. I was talking with a really nice lady, she said they wouldn’t have it but she would take my information down. The manager came out and he knew exactly what I was talking about and then said, “Nope, I have enough trees, I don’t want to touch that one.” I mean at least lie to me and say you’re not able to get it. Or send me to another place that might. Very awkward interaction. I didn’t know what to say so I just left. No reason to go back. I will continue you to business with Duncan Nursery. At least they will try to get what you are looking for. They order plants and trees for us all the time.

Sharum's is my go-to nursery for client needs, and my personal plant needs, both. They have a GREAT selection of HEALTHY plants, trees, and shrubs! And their prices are beyond competitive, they can't be beat! They always have an awesome assortment of NATIVES, too! Very important for our ecosystem! 🐝 🦋 The negative reviews that are complaining about no warranty on their plants are... well, BS. Pardon me. No, they do not guarantee annuals. No nursery on the planet does. They do however have some type of guarantee (I'm not sure of the ins and outs of it because I have NEVER had a plant/tree/shrub not survive!) in place. It is on the consumer to inquire and ensure the accuracy of warranties and such things. It's also on the consumer to care for the flora purchased, per the care tag provided by the nursery from which Sharum's purchased it, to ensure its success and growth. We're just coming out of a two-year-long drought: We've been needing to water in the winter! If you have not done this, you have lost plants, especially newly planted trees.
